Bridgette makes Brighton

Following an ACL reconsruction, Sportswise patient Bridgette Hoad joined over 15,000 cyclists to complete the London to Brighton bike ride on Sunday 17th June. Working with Maryke Louw and Dr Polly Baker she managed to get fighting fit and complete the 54 mile ride in 6 hours. Well done Bridgette!
