Our nutritionist is a registered Nutritionist (RNutr) with The Nutrition Society, having graduated with an MSc degree in Human Nutrition and BSc degree in Sport and Exercise Science.
What makes it special?
• The nutritionist works as part of a multi-disciplinary team and has specialist knowledge about nutrition for sports performance but also for health and well-being, or for managing medical problems. • The 2-part assessment includes an initial introductory session, followed with a complete 7-day dietary and lifestyle analysis using a computer analysis, and a personal report, packed with food and lifestyle strategies, and meal ideas suited to your needs and preferences. • Working with a close-knit team, she is able to refer to the other practitioners, doctors, podiatrist and physiotherapist when needed.
What is involved in the first consultation?
• You will have a 60 minute consultation to allow the therapist to take a detailed case history, and understand the main concerns. You will be given a detailed diary to take away, to be completed and returned before the 2nd consultation.
