Hilary graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 1998. From there she began her career working in the NHS and specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She completed a PGc in Sports Physiotherapy in 2002.

Alison worked locally with all age groups as a Fitness Instructor for over 20 years. She thrives on treating all musculoskeletal conditions and is currently finishing an MSc in Physiotherapy.

Maryke graduated from the university of Stellenboch, South Africa, with and Honours degree in Physiotherapy in 2003. She spent the academic year of 2010-2011 studying towards a MSc in Sports Injury Management, for which she is awaiting her final results.

Tom qualified in 2001 from the Leaf Hospital based here in Eastbourne and has an interest in sports injuries and his professional knowledge allows him to assess the mechanical influence of the lower limb on the body.

Lucy-Ann Prideaux MSc BSc RNutr
Lucy-Ann has a Masters degree in Human Nutrition, which she gained in 1997, following her bachelor degree studies in Sports Science. She works with the general public, and many athletes and sports teams, to improve people’s knowledge and understanding of nutrition.

Stuart Doree LSSM (Dip) Massage Therapist
Stuart qualified from the London School of Sports Massage in 2003 and then spent six years in a physiotherapy clinic based in Essex, gaining further knowledge of musculoskeletal treatments to enhance his sports massage techniques.
