Huge congratulations to Frances Delves who represented England as part of the Masters squad last month in the Simply Health Birmingham 10K. Frances runs for local running club Hailsham Harriers and was delighted to qualify for the run back in February. On the day, Frances came 6th in her age category.
Frances says the day was very special. She was proud to wear her England vest, but meeting British olympian runner, Jo Pavey, was a definite highlight of the day. Well done Frances from all at Sportswise.
